Unfortunately if I could give negative stars for this company I would do it. I rarely leave reviews for any organization but my experience with this company has truly been such an eye opening experience into what their true values are. I was employed with this company for 5 yrs when they took over my building from previous management in 2021. we live in one of their retirement communities in Florida. we've had a few significant issues that were not handled by local management so we wrote to priority life care 3 times for help. I GOT NO REPLY. this speaks ill of any concern or interest prioritylc has for people paying them a ton of money, too much.

Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor and concerns were often brushed off instead of being addressed. Staff turnover seemed high, which made consistency and follow-through a real issue. Management appeared more focused on appearances than on actually listening. Overall, it did not feel like the level of care or professionalism that was promised. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and asking a lot of questions before choosing this company.
