My mother was at a facility managed by these jokers in Florida. While she had a decent time at the facility, we removed her and brought her home. First they raised her rent without notifying any of us. They don’t return phone calls or emails. I caution you GREATLY before you move a loved one into a facility managed by this company. My mother lived in their facility in Largo FL.. upon moving her out on Aug 24th, with one months contractual notice her account was debited for the entire month of Sept. I have been attempting to get a resolution for almost a month and they have failed to provide me with any financial documents or refund amount. I keep getting, “the check is in the mail” answer. This is an 8/26/26 update. PLC sent a.gober to Las Palmas to solve major problems. She did not solve them, she made them worse. I sent gober a summary of issuesto discuss prior to the meeting, but she was unable to understand plain english and couldn’t understand, for example, that the point in the first section “Wynn & Peters can’t fix problems & ignore us” is just that. we live in one of their retirement communities in Florida. we've had a few significant issues that were not handled by local management so we wrote to priority life care 3 times for help.
