we live in one of their retirement communities in Florida. we've had a few significant issues that were not handled by local management so we wrote to priority life care 3 times for help. I GOT NO REPLY. this speaks ill of any concern or interest prioritylc has for people paying them a ton of money, too much. added 7/17/26: we had another major issue at Las Palmas in Palm Coast, owned by PLC. las palmas' manager a.wynn and maintenance director s.peters ignored my maintenance request to repair a non-functioning switched wall ... read more

Priority Life Care has been one of the best corporate companies I have worked for. I've been in retail management as well as senior living and PLC invests in their employee trainings, loves to recognize great leaders, loves their seniors, and are always looking to innovate for the future.
My father was a resident at a senior living facility managed by Priority Life Care and he passed away recently. To date NO ONE from the facility has called me, despite me being his POA and primary contact person and me leaving multiple voicemails. When my sister arrived one week after his death, she found his apartment unlocked where anyone could have accessed it without our knowledge and had access to all his belongings.
