Priority Newport News posted a beautiful 2023 ES 300h Luxury with all my amenities. Our dilemma was the car was in VA, and we live in TN. Matt Perez and his team were awesome and honest during my process in purchasing a Lexus. He was communicative, respectful, and very helpful in taking out some of the fees and costs. Was able to find a reasonable interest rate for me as well. He also stayed communicative after my purchase, answering any questions I had without hesitation. Hoping the service will be just as good as the customer service I experienced from their sales team and staff.
The dealer responded by saying that the car was already sold. He stated that he had other cars on his lot. That was all. There was no invitation to visit the lot so anything describing the other cars on the lot. He seemed disinterested.
