The heating company I have been using for years decided not to working chicago. My boiler started to leak, I called my Plummer who gave me Tom name. I called him , He showed up on time, He fixed the problem which a lot of other heating companies would not even consider. He did not overcharge . I highly recommend. That you use his service. I'm giving him excellent reviews. Ray

Tom was so helpful. After four seasons wrongly diagnosed and tried to hose me on price of a faulty AC unit - Tom was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve. He also made sure to clean out a clogged pipe he noticed on the way out for no extra charge. Highly reccomend!

It was a great experience! Tom was able to fit my schedule the same day as I called. He was able to completely fix my problem in the initial visit and consultation. He was also very good about informing me what he was doing at each stage and why, which I found very helpful as someone generally not knowledgable about any of this. Hopefully I don't need to call anyone for this for a while, but the next time I do, Priority Heating & Air Conditioning will definitely be my first call

I called about having my AC wall unit fixed in my apartment He suggested checking the fuse which fixed it and gave me such wonderful great advice for FREE about ACs and renting in general . Rarely do you find people like that. Definitely saving his number just in case one day I need help with my AC in my house/condo. Thank you again .

Tom is communicative and clear. His recommendations come from years of experience and his pricing is reasonable. Tom had sufficient supplies and parts in his truck to fix my air conditioning on the spot and even included me along the way, explaining the repair needs and basic principles of electric work.
