Dr. Diamond is an excellent audiologist! She is sufficiently tech savvy to convince me, a definite tech geek, that she understands the capabilities and limitations of her products. She listens well and tailors her service to her patients’ needs and clearly explains what to expect in tech terms and in non-tech terms, as appropriate. She is personable and easy to talk to. She is also helpful in counseling her patients in getting the most from their hearing aids, both in tech terms and affordability/insurance terms.
Dr. Diamond consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. We have been with her for several years and she never disappoints. She has provided outstanding responsive service and even gives us extra supplies. She assists with technology to help connect hearing aids to phones and pads. She basically cured my tinnitus and has provided the best options for hearing aids for my mother.
