Stole $2,000 after we cancelled. Worst prices- it feels like we’ve been stolen from for years. Switch to anyone else. I don’t understand why they claim to be a non profit.
Priority health is absolute garbage. They’ve been putting myself and my Dr through living hell I have diabetes and many other medical problems and my doctor is filled out all the paperwork per Priority health and they still have not approved my Mojarro prescription to keep my diabetes in check. Transportation assistance for Priority Health Medicaid patients used to be coordinated through Priority Health. On September 8, 2026, this was transitioned to Safe Ride. Priority Health did not want this change to Safe Ride. No one wanted this change. I just called and spoke to Priority Health, and they said that the State of Michigan made the change to Safe Ride for insurance transportation services in Michigan, and no one got to vote!
