I needed to get new insurance. Keyla was so knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend her.
I worked directly with Omaira Mejias who was very patient in listening to my concern with an enrollment issue and knowledgeable and efficient with assisting me to rectify the situation. I had also worked with Roberta Palmer who had done an excellent job of documenting the process. Both total professionals. Both answered their phones and called back when they said they would. Excellent service by two very sharp people.
My dearest friend has been trying to get approval for her husband's chemotherapy for over a month now, I have nothing good to say about Priority Health. In fact, they seem to be delaying his treatment as he sits waiting with stage4 cancer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Miranda Potts was extremely helpful during my family's process of switching to out of pocket coverage. She answered emails or phone calls very promptly. She is the reason we stayed with Priority Health insurance as she made this very easy for us.
I highly recommend this company, and having Robin Hurst as your agent. She is very friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had, and got my family a great price. I had a wonderful experience with my enrollment phone call with her, and I look forward to continuing my business with them.
