If zero stars was an option, that's what they'd get. Approved x-rays, physical therapy and pain injections but 3 months and they won't approve an MRI to see what the problem is. "Non profit" racketeering!!!!!
Called to cancel my individual insurance premium because I received insurance through my employer. The rep said they applied the cancelation and I wouldn’t be charged next month. April 1st comes around, and would you look at that, $400 charge from priority health 🤠 . I called them asking why I was charged as I canceled. They said “O we see that you called to cancel in our notes, but it looks like no one ever submitted the cancelation.” Then they told me it will take a month to receive my refund… Absolute joke. Absolute garbage trying to deal with this company and the ambulance services that get dispatched for emergencies.
Darren Wilcox was great in helping me. He was patient and answered all of my questions until I felt comfortable understanding my plan and options. Probably then best person who has worked with me in anything.
I don’t like Priority health because I can’t go to therapy! Worse insurance ever!
