Omaira did a great job and made everything really easy.
Absolute crap, they continue with demands for prior authorization and basically do more damage to my health than anything positive...but what do we expect, this is America.
Good customer service, but the insurance itself is embarrassing. A $9000+ deductible for someone making only $30,000 a year is illogical. That's 1/3 of my income. A payment plan doesn't matter, that's an insane amount of money to ask anyone to pay out of pocket. Meanwhile the CEO of Priority Health is extremely wealthy just for sitting behind a desk. Where is my $9000 really going? Does it really pay for health related things or to keep other people rich while I forego an important surgery? They really see us as expendable p... read more
