No providers can find that I have insurance, so I call Priority Health and all they do is say “your insurance is active (no shit), there’s nothing we can do.” While giving me attitude because I am frustrated that I’ve spent four hours trying to schedule an appointment through their app with in-network providers. Don’t sign up for this provider, it is cheap. They do not know what they’re doing or how they can help. Luckily this is a trial run until the new year, and I am definitely not renewing a contract with this provider.
Priority Health is the worst company I have ever worked with. I have requested a simple PIP coverage letter digitally delivered (they guarantee it will be delivered digitally within 6 hours) for over a week now for my auto insurance with USAA (the best company I have ever worked with). When I called customer service at Priority Health they stated that they were aware of the website problem and they were trying to fix it...oof...
Priority Health does not care about their patients. They care about profits. They operate in claim denials and running you around in circles getting wrapped up in their They could care less if people die rather than to look at them as real people on a case by case basis.
Lynretta provided exceptional customer service on the phone helping me change to a new listed PCP today! It’s people like her who are kind and warm that keep me choosing to interact with real people for customer service as opposed to some dumb robot. I took one star away on this review of the company because on occasion it has been pretty difficult and frustrating to get certain medications covered by this insurance, which sometimes has resulted in delays in prescription treatments.
