If I could choose a zero I would. Customer service does not exist, no one returns voicemails, and no one picks up phones when you call in. Half the time the operator disconnects and you have to call back.
Had my vehicle for 3 months. Delay after delay, supplemental after supplemental. I have a ford vehicle and they couldn't find the issue, they are ford mechanics. SMH. Very concerning. DO NOT USE!!!

The worst experience ever the insurance company pay for 21 days they did not have my car fixed at that time. I was told that they was going to cover the Rent-A-Car price because they still had my vehicle and it was not drivable because the parts was not up there. Now they’re telling me that they are not gonna pay the extra week and a half two weeks car rental even though it was their fault. I would never buy a car from them or do business with them again and right now I’m seeking a lawyer.
