Renew Dental is the place to go! Incredible office, best service around, and the BEST staff. They treat you like you’ve been going there your whole life! If you need a spot in Sioux Falls, this is where you need to go!
The dental assistant, Trinity, and the Dr did a great job. I had an awesome experience. They made sure I was not in any pain and they were very jovial and pleasant. They were also punctual. It was the best experience I could have had getting a filling replaced.
I switched here because my dental insurance changed and the dentist I had been going to for years didn't accept the new plan. It was disappointing because I liked that dentist. Luckily I found Renew Dental on my plan's provider list. Great location in my neighborhood, convenient to get in and out of. Accommodating and knowledgeable staff too. Erika did a great job! She made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to.
I was going to this location when it was Priority dental. They have recently changed dentists and names. My first visit was great. I had a follow up, and had to reschedule. I had a small balance due at my next visit, $40. The girl spent more time on the call asking how I was going to make that payment than the reason for my visit, which I had a few questions about that I didnt even get answered.
