Priority Newport News posted a beautiful 2023 ES 300h Luxury with all my amenities. Our dilemma was the car was in VA, and we live in TN. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership!!
Service department Brought vehicle in to replace TCM. AND CHECK WIRING HARNESS. 7 sep 2023 . At 1600 hr on the 7 sep was called and told that my whole transmission would have to be replaced at the cost of. Nearly *******. Was informed at local transmission shop ***** THAT problem is TCM not transmission. Service dept never checked wiring harness. Awful customer service and humans. It is all about the money and NOT the customers! I took my Tahoe into the dealership because it was having two issues, 1. after breaking and beginning to accelerate, it would shoot forward and then the nose of the vehicle would dip down right after and 2. the entire dash, while driving, would go out. I would have no ability to see anything. Overall the service was horrific. While I love my car I would never suggest anyone I know to purchase from this location. It felt as if as soon as they had my money I was no longer their issue. The entire purchase process was rushed, calls and e-mails were never returned until I had to physically go to the dealership, a national rebate that I have spoken with many general managers about was denied due to “grey area” this came from Justin. Nice Place to do Business I have purchased several vehicles from Hutchens Chevy. Great staff in both sales and service departments. Internet Sales department responds quickly and fairly. Very friendly environment.
The best ! I am retired military and have been in this area for the last 11 years. I used several vehicle service places when I arrived without total satisfaction until I wound up at Hutchens about 8 years ago. I haven't used them for new vehicle sales because I get GM discount through a family member (retired UAW) but I've used them many times for vehicle service. They have been absolutely wonderful. Terrible customer service, gave me the run around. Refused to give me corporate office number, and lied about when a manager would be there. They could care less about anyone using the priorities for life since they do not make any money off of it.
