I’ve used this business in the past and had a great experience with the African American lady—she was helpful and professional. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The man behind the counter seemed uninterested, dismissive, and even rude. It was not the level of service I expected based on my previous visits. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but consistency in customer service is important for business.
Dave in parts department was very friendly and provided great customer service. I called him over the phone to purchase some accessories for my husband and made the transaction a breeze.
