all the staff were very kind & helpful. tanner gave me updates via text every monday wednesday & friday until my trailblazer was ready. the staff at enterprise was very accommodating. it was convenient to have enterprise right next door to the collision center.
I drive this beautiful 2012 Camaro and it was having some issues. Well… My service Adviser Kristen Crite is excellent! I don’t know what his salary is? But, whatever it is? They should give him a raise! Because he goes way beyond just collecting a paycheck! He cares about his customers and tries to satisfy their concerns. By making right any problems a car owner is having. Even when the mechanic is not looking out for the car owner. I took my car to get it fixed and it was not fixed the first time.
