I absolutely love the customer service and the work that is done when you actually get in. However my major issue with this establishment is scheduling. I cannot seem to get service at the time of a service appointment. Without fail for the 4 times I've come in every single time I set an appointment time and specify that I will be waiting for my vehicle. This place will sell you anything to take your money, bought a 2021 HC Suburban from them and they sold us on the car knowing its engine was faulty and had a federal recall coming. I will take blame for my ignorance but in this situation you hope to trust the experts, lesson learned. Thankfully this is a recall and repairs are covered, unfortunately we now have to deal with the worse customer service imaginable. I went to get my oil changed and it was fast and efficient. The young lady working also gave me a pocket Jesus and was super sweet. Best visit ever!
Did a great job repairing my car. Thanks for washing it. I thought that priority for life was over for me. I hope it stays I've owned my 2015 for 10 years and some of their services has changed a lot. The service department has new owners and things are not as good as it once was. I am grateful for the collision department doing a great job on my car. Five stars for the COLLISION DEPARTMENT.
The Collision Repair shop did an excellent job! They fixed my vehicle’s rear damage perfectly. I highly recommend them.
