My wife and I were looking to purchase a new Suburban, John Wyatt met us on the lot. He was very friendly, not pushy and showed us the vehicle. Later that evening my wife emailed him with an offer. He responded with add ons for oil changes for life and battery changes for as long as we own the vehicle. Price was extremely high and the service was mediocre.
I had good rapport with them until now I have documentation for everything and still no help no response. I genuinely feel if you don't have a ton of money to throw out don't go to them.
