Bob Smith , Ted Smith and their Nephew really took advantage of their staff and providers . The Smith clan took care of their pockets and did not align their employees for success . You reap what you sow Smith Clan .
this was the worst company I have ever dealt with, inept, no follow up, complete neglect of the patient, I am a Licensed physician in Florida, I plan to give them one more chance, last time I had to purchase myself because of their neglect and submit to my attorney, I will know soon, they took down my prior review??!!
I'm not sure how a business can be successful without communication to your clients. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone. As a provider for this company, it becomes extremely frustrating when you're unable to follow up on payment status for services provided to claimants. There is no one ever available to answer phones, you leave voicemails and there is no return call, you send emails and WHEN you receive a response, the message is simply "just keep on waiting".
