Dr. Al was great, the facility is beautiful, and we didn't have to wait at all. I have no complaints. The cost is the same as any other urgent care I've been to (Patient First, Express Care, etc). And the staff was so friendly! Definitely coming back if necessary when I'm heading home.
Do not go here. They bill differently than express care. When my insurance company and I called to speak with the billing manager about the coding. We were told by 2 different people she was not there and would be back tomorrow. After asking the question about billing the manager was all of a sudden there. Needless to say the woman thought if was funny that we were questioning the billing codes.
