Thank you to the kind and professional staff, who listened and cared for me on 11/28/25. The folks working here are top notch. The vibe is “Tightly Run Ship”. I was treated with respect, empathy and efficiency throughout my visit, which only took 25 minutes. * Make an appointment to set yourself up for a best case scenario.
Better than going to Peacehealth Hospital ER saved about 10 hours.
Had a chronic health issue that was being treated by my PMC for several months. But my condition reached severe pain one weekend that I needed urgent care.I could no longer function. The physician at this priority care site immediately thought I needed a second opinion. I was given temporary relief and referred to another physician who gave me entirely different diagnosis. Staff is really nice and patient. The front desk lady took time out of her lunch to grab a ace bandage for my son. The need to add there lunch hours online though
i recieved a phone call from here telling me to call them back in regards to my appointment. i called 3 times to get a voicemail telling me they are not available to answer calls. i traveled 3 hours by bus to get here to have them tell me they could not help me with my issue. this situation wouldn't have bothered me so much if the front desk person was more kind but she had such a bad attitude.
