Don't go here if you are looking to receive proactive and knowledgeable care. Had to explain the same thing to 2-3 people even though I had a referral and doctor's notes, and they dismissed the concerns of both myself and my PCP. Only went here because my PCP is out of town. This facility is the lowest common denominator of medical facilities.
This is a great urgent care/walk-in clinic! I called ahead to see how busy they were. Do note there's no need for an appointment. We walked right in and were promptly greeted by a friendly staff member. Seen right away. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. They even offered my son a juice and cracker when he said he was horribly hungry. I love that this was a no fuss, caring place to go when not feeling well. Thank you to the kind and professional staff, who listened and cared for me on 11/28/25. The folks working here are top notch. The vibe is “Tightly Run Ship”. I was treated with respect, empathy and efficiency throughout my visit, which only took 25 minutes. * Make an appointment to set yourself up for a best case scenario.
Better than going to Peacehealth Hospital ER saved about 10 hours.
Had a chronic health issue that was being treated by my PMC for several months. But my condition reached severe pain one weekend that I needed urgent care.I could no longer function. The physician at this priority care site immediately thought I needed a second opinion. I was given temporary relief and referred to another physician who gave me entirely different diagnosis.
