Staff is really nice and patient. The front desk lady took time out of her lunch to grab a ace bandage for my son. The need to add there lunch hours online though
i recieved a phone call from here telling me to call them back in regards to my appointment. i called 3 times to get a voicemail telling me they are not available to answer calls. i traveled 3 hours by bus to get here to have them tell me they could not help me with my issue. this situation wouldn't have bothered me so much if the front desk person was more kind but she had such a bad attitude.
I went to the ER yesterday and they told me to follow up with my Dr. my main Dr is peacehealth but they didn’t have a pcp opening so they said to come here. When I got here the woman who was checking me in was AWFUL to me. She told me it would be a 2 hr wait and they probably wouldn’t be able to help me, “are you sure you want to stay?”. I just was doing what the ER Dr told me to. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her and that I was exaggerating my symptoms. Never coming back here

My husband was out of country when he had a stroke. His Peacehealth primary care doctor gave us no help or priority but told us to go to this urgent care. They acted like they couldn't really help us, did not give us the referrals we needed, sent us away with no after visit info or instructions.
