Proceed with Caution!! On 12/13 my car would not start. I was puzzled because I have a new battery, new key and just had an oil change in the last month. I have it towed to VW dealership to find out the problem. I purchased a car January 2018 and have always made my payments on time. My car was disabled by the finance department several times due to another customer (with a name similar to mine) not paying her note. Trying to explain myself and what was going on was nearly impossible as the finance staff are very rude and treated poorly because they assumed my note was not paid. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, all they care about is money! I had to have EMERGENCY SURGERY, was out of work for over a month, they didn’t care, turned my car off, didn’t return my phone calls, and very unprofessional!
This company is not transparent lies are being told and nothing in writing. This company took my money. I was trying to buy a car had it for one day the clutch was faulty missing antenna inspection going out in a couple days. May 14 to now I don’t have the car. Warning..... if you rate your experience what is is... a one star... the staff’s petty meter spikes and they will attempt to embarrass you by stating things untrue! 1. Yes I did put 5(k on the car.
