I happen to be out of town right now and had to leave my 3 pets behind. The person taking care of them told me that my AC started making a horrible noise and then wouldn't come on. It's preposterously hot for this time of year, so I'm sure that it doesn't take long for things to become unsafe. Priority showed me that they understood by getting out to my house within a couple of hours. We called on thanksgiving with a house full of family and a heater that wasn't coming on, approximately 4 hours later Mike had us warm and cozy and back to family time! VERY fair pricing and outstanding customer service, we have our ac people for life.
These guys are awesome! They go way beyond what is asked of them. They are very prompted and do a very professional job.

These guys have been helping us with our systems for years and they ALWAYS impress us, our latest experience was calling out when my ac stopped cooling on a weekend with family in town visiting, Mike showed up when he said he would later that same day, and they texted when they were on the way which i love. In a matter of about 45 minutes he had us up and cooling and the cost was more than reasonable.
