I can't say enough about Andy and his team. Four years ago when I wanted to create a basement suite, I had a heck of a time trying to find a General Contractor who could organize everything. Finding Andy and Priority 1 was amazing. Accuracy in quotes, efficient use of time, a team of experts in their fields, respect for the home...everything you want in a contractor. I would like to thank Priority 1 Renovations Ltd. for the recent upgrades to our house. Upgrades included the entire house was painted. I had new flooring installed in the kitchen, living room and dining room. I also had all the kitchen cupboards replaced and a new quartz countertop installed with new stainless sink. We’ve had Priority 1 do a number of jobs for us; flood repair and restoration, painting, tile work and recently some work commercial work at our office. We have been very happy with the result every time, Andrew and team communicate well, have always completed things exactly as discussed on time and within budget.
