We have been having our Brivis ducted heater serviced by Brivis and they send out Priority 1 climate solutions for the job. Last year they replaced the circuit board and exactly a year later it failed again. They sent out their technician Richard and replaced it again at no charge but it still didn’t work. Then Brivis senior technician (Greg Poole) came out themselves and replaced the board again at no charge.
