Day after Thanksgiving took kids to the farm, they picked a tree, we paid for it. Came back yesterday to pick it up, tree is gone. They did give us our money back but. I don't know what to say, they lost a customer for a life.
We found a nice C tree last season and the price wasn't bad. One of the old guys that worked there (or probably the owner) had a bad customer service attitude. But we are going to see if we can find one there again today.
