I am at a loss to understand the poor reviews. In all of my dealings with Prior Lake Transmission, I believe that I have been treated fairly, professionally, ethically, and timely. All charges seem in line with other estimates I have received and work was completed on time, except when issues beyond the control of the business come into play. I will be returning over and over!
Never been one for leaving reviews, but I hate to see a local business getting trolled by fake reviews and haters. I've had both my vehicles serviced at Prior Lake Transmission. While I'm generally leery of auto repair places, Harm and his crew have always been great to us. After our last repair, he even hand washed my wife's vehicle, because it was so filthy. Unbelievably arrogant ownership. Clearly doesn't care about retaining any business, or about the community in which he operates. What would even be the reason to have a vehicle for 4 months without explaining it to the owner? Did you sell it? Are you driving it? GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN GOOD BUSINESS AND APPRECIATES THE PATRONAGE.
a week ago My minivan was there 15 months. Thank goodness I had another vehicle. I thought my car was being put on the back burner for more profitable repairs. When I picked up my van my bill was for the full amount. Never taking in the insurance I was paying for my van to sit or the tabs I wasn't able to use or the wear and tear of sitting for that long. Do the work that the customer has asked for in a timely manner, and stop trying to intimidate customers into doing more work that the customer doesn't really want. Also treat the customer nicely instead of calling them names and assaulting them when the customer doesn't want some of the work done that Harm wants to do to your car.
