I’ve lived with two disc herniations (L4-L5 and L5-S1) for over 25 years. I recently had two Ring Dinger® decompression treatments (the 2nd session was with Dr. Rickert), and I want to share my experience. After my first session (at a different clinic), I underwent a full spine MRI. It showed resolution of the L4-L5 disc herniation noted in my earlier MRI.
