After looking for a holistic and more natural approach to general health and care, I came across PLNHC and I am very glad I scheduled a visit! Dr Kristen really spent the time to learn about me, my health history, and my general health. The adjustment was thorough I look forward to the journey of feeling better and better! Would highly recommend!
The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Kristen takes the time to really understand your body and goals. And also helped with determining food sensitivities and some imbalances and supplements to assist with those.

Day before yesterday, I experienced my first, and hopefully last, bout with vertigo. When I awakened that morning, the bedroom was spinning.
