Lucas was very knowledgable, communicated well in his explanation of the recommended repair during the tuneup process.
Although he arrived a little late, he was very thorough, took his time, and was very informative.
Our experience with these guys was great from start to finish! We got a candid recommendation to get a less expensive standard efficiency furnace - much appreciated. The installation was painless. The crew was punctual, polite and very professional. We've grown weary of contractors bringing us last minute surprises and delays, but not these guys. Highly recommended.
