Absolutely prompt and fantastic service. We have had HVAC service from other bigger companies who do a lot of advertising. Never again. This is a small, local company, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing was very fair, and their was no upselling…just straightforward honest talk. We’ll be calling them for all future HVAC issues.
I want to thank Jake and Ryan for doing a great job for me on my new Trane furnace. They made sure I got the perfect size furnace that works very well for my size of home and installation was perfect. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
Prior Lake Heating and Air is the best HVAC company around! I had a major boiler issue causing a leak underneath my concrete foundation. Other companies were thinking it was going to be a $10,000+ repair. But Jake and Ryan at Prior Lake Heating and Air came out to my house, troubleshooted extensively and came up with a solution that was not only significantly cheaper, but also much more practical and reliable in the long run.
