It all started with a A/C fail. I called everyone I could but with a 31 yr old system. R22 is scarce and Jake and his crew got it working again. But it failed because of another leak. Nothing they did wrong, just an old system that just needed to be replaced. Jake applied my service fee to a new furnace and A/C. I called Centerpoint out to ck on our 38 yr old AC that stopped producing cold air, and at no surprise it was condemned. The salesman said it be at least 2 weeks before we could get a new one installed. Great! with temps in the 90's and dew points in the 70's, that wasn't going to get it. Called Prior Lake heat and air and talked to Jake. He came right out and verified our AC had died, nothing lasts forever - but almost. Two days later we had our new AC installed. Highly recommend Prior Lake Heating & Air. Lucas came out to my home to do a check up on my A/C unit. He is great to work with, knowledgeable and honest. I've found my "go to" company!
