Prior Lake Heating and Air is the best HVAC company around! I had a major boiler issue causing a leak underneath my concrete foundation. Other companies were thinking it was going to be a $10,000+ repair. But Jake and Ryan at Prior Lake Heating and Air came out to my house, troubleshooted extensively and came up with a solution that was not only significantly cheaper, but also much more practical and reliable in the long run. Prior Lake Heating and Air provided excellent, thoughtful service. Lucas took care of regular maintenance but I had some other, more complex questions regarding a low performing bath fan. His training and experience led him to a creative solution. I appreciated his care, his thoroughness, and his excellent explanations. Plus, he was an interesting and nice guy. I had previous experience with a larger, national firm and was disappointed. I know to call the truly hometown business next time.
