Absolute worst "dealership" in Ottawa, stay away from these criminals, I spent a fortune on a used vehicle that had a catastrophic failure of all engine components writting off my car 1.5 months after purchase... The only response or help I got was claim through your 3rd part warranty company that only convered a max of 1500$ on a 15000$ repair. They are crooks who put band aids on vehicles and sell them knowing they will only make it a block after leaving the lot... Pure criminals.... They have a reputation of being crooks ... read more
All I can say about purchasing a used vehicle at Prio Auto Sales in Ottawa is, learn from my mistake and don’t! Its been about 4 months since, and I have had to take preventative pre-bankruptcy steps to get out of this mess. I am now left with two vehicle payments, along with two mortgage payments to resolve this horrible purchase. I purchased a used Land Rover Discovery from Jim (Sales) and Sam (financing) for about 35k in late august 2023, I obtained a new job which required an SUV. I cannot in good faith recommend Prio Auto Sales. I've purchased cars before and this by far was the worst experience... frankly the worst experience purchasing anything. Sam was the finance person I worked with and he was fine for the purposes of getting finance. Following the issues with vehicle Nas Syed said he would "work with me closely until the issue was resolved". I'm not sure what this statement meant for him, but at times it was challenging reaching him and for each and every update I had to reach out to him. IMO ... read more
