The manager, Roy, is very deceitful and possibly a thief. He promised us the world but we had MULTIPLE problems with the ring we purchased from them. He kept promising the ring we asked him to make would be "100%" exactly the same as the ring we showed him to copy. His finished product was awful. He gave us an appraisal for a v.v.s.2 diamond. when apprraised, it was an s2 diamond (significantly lower grade). One of the smaller diamonds FELL OUT a week after the product was finished.
