Joel was great to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He set up our new printer/fax machine and connected it to every device in our office. He then took the time to teach us how to use it correctly. Months later, when we had an issue connecting the machine to our new Wi-Fi router, he responded to our help request within minutes and had us up and running in no time Recommend this company without hesitation! 😊👍🏼

I was really impressed by Joel and his shop. He spent a few minutes diagnosing my printer, only to give me the bad news that it wasn't going to be a simple fix, and his suggestion was to replace it. Now, while this wasn't the answer I was hoping for, I felt he was being honest and straightforward about the situation. Other shops might have tried to turn the situation into some income, perhaps by charging a diagnostic fee, or talking me into an expensive or futile repair.
