We haven't received our grand daughters school picture that was sent back for retouch months ago. I called and left a message and no one has ever gotten back to me. Not a fan of their work either!
HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! Stay away!!!! This so called business is used by my kids school. Last year I had issues with them in ordering more images and was spoken to so rudely on the phone. This year? We’ve all been waiting for over a MONTH now to get our kid’s pictures back and all I ordered was the digital!!!! Lesson learned. They will not be getting my business moving forward. They probably don’t even care anyway.
Paid for blemish removal for my child's photos. But forgot to check the box for blemish removal. They reached out to me once I noticed and offered to fix it. Very satisfied with the timely response and willingness to make sure I got what I wanted!
Terrible customer service. They agreed to do a simple senior headshot for the yearbook but they never called back or responded to emails.
