They have always been very kind and gone above and beyond for me.
I was assaulted by Jay after a bad customer service situation went awry. He wouldn't print my files for fear of getting a computer virus. After explaining that is wasn't a possibility he still refused, we eventually agreed to disagree and as I was leaving the store inconvenienced I mentioned reviews in a non threatening way. For two years I have ordered shirts for my church's youth retreat. Both years Jay was accommodating with last minute changes and assisting with formatting needed on the designs. I've always been treated with respect and kindness and have been greeted sweetly over the phone. They have no problems with rush orders and work hard to deliver! I highly recommend!
