LYNETTE is a Queen, everyone else with this company is completely villainous, and happy to be so. Before Lynette arrived, nothing ever got done in this building, and no one ever responded to our requests. BCI is an absolute mess, but at least we have Lynette to advocate on our behalf!
Unprofessional & Discrimination & No Respect nor Justice towards people of Afrikan Descent. Poor Management. No one was Never in the office. Prior staff took my key & told me they going to call the police on my fiance due to him coming to deliver something to me & having him followed by a prior maintenance staff. I have been locked out of the building due to key fob issue where it deleted all of our info, while the guy at the time went home for the day. They do Not fix anything, especially my toilet, that stay stopped up for... read more

Call trying to get a apartment receptionist was very polite and helpful
The management is so nice! Especially Lynnette; she's a gem. Management switched halfway through our application, and Lynnette was incredibly helpful and communicative. The move in process was rocky since their internet was down but worked out just fine, and the apartment was relatively clean. I had to do a quick wipe-down of everything and scrub the floors, but that's honestly expected with old hardwood floors.
