The owners and the service were super nice. The lady was extremely nice and the service charge was extremely low,
I was not able to use their services as I was looking for a inkjet repair technician and they don't service those. However I am leaving a 5 star review because the lady that answered the phone was super nice and willing to give me some pointers on my future purchase. I felt she was trustworthy and when I apologized for asking too many questions about the industry of printer contracts and such, she just said, "You should have no shame in researching your purchase diligently ahead of time and trying to not make a mistake."
