I've been doing business with this firm for twenty years now. They've always done a good job keeping the printers in our income tax business working, repairing and servicing them. What I like most is that when I call them in a panic, they always rush over to get me going again. For me that is the primary consideration; it may not be so for others.
The customer service are decent, but i was charge full retail price for used part. After my repair, my printer broked again, i took it to another repair center and the tech told me the parts were used.
