Offered me a sample of the first two pages before I make my decision if I will proceed with the order. Once I’ve told them the sample did not have the image quality which I need, then suddenly the owner demanded me to pay for the samples. It’s not called “sample” for a reason, and at that moment I was even holding sample copies from other stores which none requested me to pay after I decided not to proceed. If you’re going to charge for sample copies please make it transparent by asking before proceeding. Would not recommend... read more
