Buyer beware. Even though their are two sets of eyes checking the work, only yours matter. I caught a mistake while they were working on a project for me and watched them make the correction. At some point while continuing the work the graphic designer reverted back to the original mistaken text. Since I had already caught the mistake I missed the fact that they had slipped it back in.
