Excellent customer service! Really goes above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with my order.
RecommendedSo . . . UPS lost my order. It was "out for delivery" for over a week. Print EZ put a rush on a replacement order and sent it out Next Day Air - no charge. After I wrote my first (beautiful new) check, the bank called and informed me the account number was off by one (my account number contains a XX2XX3 sequence which I entered as XX2XX2). Ugh. Start ordering from this company a few years ago. This last year the service has gone completely down hill. Ordered checks on December 6th, tried to call numerous times, to see where they are? There is NO customer service. Phone calls left on voice mail are not returned. I finally got a live person ( Alex) and she put me on hold for over 12 minutes, when I finally hung up. I will never order again from this company, been abused enough....
I ordered computer checks for Quickbooks from this company. My order came really fast and the customer service was great. I highly recommend to order business checks from here ************************

Will not return phone calls, told that they would email a proof and never did. Lost my company info, tried to bill me 2 times, and told my order was shipped, only shipped 2 boxs of envelop. Hope that they will fix it soon. Calling me would be good to start with,
