Very Pleased! Just wanted to thank the Pringle company for installing and keeping up my parent's unit. My parents are elderly and are very much on a budget. It has had to be worked on several times and we have nothing to complain about. Thankful that, when mom has asked if she needs a new unit, that he lets her know it can be fixed and not charge her for a new unit. Nothing but good work!

Great Company! I had this company install a new system for me a few weeks ago. They were all top notch! I couldn't have asked for a better job! I wanted alot of different things done and they all were completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company! They were the cheapest company I received a quote from and I like that the owner was the one to give the estimate. Other companies had salesmen and just wanted to sell me the unit for commissionl. Very Happy Customer I could not have asked for a more polite, well mannered and helpful group of men to install my new heatpump! They were fast and efficient and they even cleaned up after themselves! I had a heatpump replaced in another home several years ago by a different company and I was not looking forward to going through the process again, but Pringle's did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! I am a very satisfied customer!

Wonderful Service! We called this company because another Heating and Air company in Catawba county told us that our heatpump was dead and that we needed a new system. Pringle's service tech came out the day we called, replaced a small $25 part and fixed our system. The other company just wanted us to buy a new system even though ours was just 10 years old. Its been 3 months and our system is working great! I would highly recommend this company! They are very honest and have fair prices!

Horrible Service-Go Elsewhere Not pleased with this place in the least bit. We were moving into a new home and they were supposed to have a new unit installed by the 1st week of the month. Every time we called, we got an excuse as to why they hadn't done so yet even though it had been paid in full for almost 2 months. They finaly installed it the 3rd week of the month exactly two days before we moved in. Pleased so far It took less than 2 weeks for estimate,measurements and installation. They have been very honest and offered the best prices for the units in this whole area. I hope the heat pump lasts a long time----we will let you know!!!!

Pringles Heat & Air is slow Very nice company, had them come out and do an estimate for us, then it took forever to get that estimate, then it was going to be weeks before they could start with our new install. We ended up going with another company that was a little higher but had much better customer service.

Customer service.... Pringle's offers the best rates for heating and air in our area. The proof is the fact that they are constantly booked. They give estimates in a reasonable amount of time and finish the work in the same manner.
