Great construction quality and regular communication from my construction manager Dustin.
I went twice on different days to view the townhouse during the hours. Unfortunately, each time, the closed sign was on the door.
Location: brown grier rd. - someone needs to send out letters and notices about walking dogs and parking issue that we currently have. the company is so occupied with getting all the homes occupied and no one is addressing the multiple issues we have with tenants who have 3-4 cars , parking in front of other people's homes for days and/or parking behind my home near the railing blocking the lake. the level of inconsideration is mind boggling most of these tenants are horrible. the second and on-going issue with walking dogs ... read more
