They have wifi for you to pay for your parking so no cash. Hiked a little ways down the sand to a secluded spot and swam and fished for the day. Husband caught 2. Had a great time.
We found this place because our usual go to had bad algae in the water and we were looking for swimming and kayaking, OMGAWD this place was awesome. Dog friendly most areas (there is a section for no dogs) of course the usual leash an clean up after your pet, plenty of poop bag stations. Designated swimming and kayaking area, boat launch and plenty of clean bathrooms and showers. Multiple friendly and very helpful staff (you can buy ice right there).
