I was hoping that Blue Collar would honor their word about replacing parts of my interior they destroyed, however they have made it clear that have no intentions of doing so. When I called this morning, you guys seemed amused to tell me you returned it after never contacting me to tell me it arrived. I am also amused, but only in the fact that you finally ordered a part to the shop, without making the customer chase it down. Good job. Let's hope the BBB finds it just as amusing as I did. I called the shop one day in advance and the young lady scheduled an appointment for the following morning to have a pain in the ass serpentine belt replaced. They did the work perfectly, on time and at a very reasonable price. I recommend this shop and will go back. Thanks.

Great tire service . Price was best in Prineville for installing new tires that I had bought on line…. The other tire places charge a fortune to install if you didn’t buy the tires from them ! Highly unlikely this family opened shop !!
