I recently purchased my first ATM from Prineta. The entire process was agonizing from getting the ATM shipped all the way through the set up. The sales team and tech support are very unresponsive. Amanda, my saleswomen refused to take my phone calls and would only communicate through email, which made only for a bigger headache.
