I have used dr Grotas many times and have been extremely happy with the service. The staff is polite and warming. Dr Grotas is honest and gentle. I have referred him to all my family as well. He comes highly recommended by All.
Dr. Grotas has a great beside manner and is very empathetic. He made my visit very comfortable, and threw in a little humor to lighten the mood. He is very intelligent, and I trust him with all my care.
Had a great experience with Dr. Grotas. Highly professional, yet funny and not too clinical. Dr. Grotas' bedside manor is among the best i've seen from a doctor. Explains everything in laymen's terms, without making you feel condescended to.
Awesome urologist and excellent care
Dr grotas gave alot of thought to my problem and changed my life . I highly recommend him to everyone..he truly cares about people..his office staff is wonderful too..they are warm and friendly..
Dr. Grotas is pleasant & reassuring enough during the visit, but he and his office are simply horrid with follow-up communication. A log-in for the patient information portal was promised, but never set up, medication never phoned in to my local pharmacy as promised, repeated emails not returned. When confronted about his lackadaisical attitude, Dr. Grotas claimed extenuating circumstances, then admitted that that's no excuse, and promised it wouldn't happen again. But it did. Bad Dr.
