Busted a gas line with an excavator on a Saturday, old line, hard to find, no one could help and ugh, no hot water. Keeth helped me trouble shoot Saturday, visited me Sunday, and his guys repaired Monday am!!!! When NO one else could. So many thanks!
We had an excavator on our property Friday afternoon and the propane line got hit. After a weekend with no stove or hot water the principal plumbing gang came out first thing Monday morning and had us back up and running within a few hours. They're great guys and I highly recommend them!
Highly recommend these guys! Our main drain was clogged, and anytime we tried to use water from sinks or the upstairs toilet it would leak from the downstairs toilets base and start flooding the bathroom. I called the next morning, and they had Johnathon out right away. He showed up on time, was super professional, and got everything cleared fast. He even double checked everything before leaving to make sure it was good to go. Huge thanks again!
Great communication, showed up early, checked out the problems and got on to repairing the issues and cleaning up. Will definitely be using Principled Plumbing in the future.
