Unfortunately the one star rating is from my personal experience with this dealership which has been very poor. I contacted them about a Mazda CX-30 they had on their used lot. I spoke with a couple of people that day and they told me that my sales person was "Zarina." Well, I never actually spoke to or heard from anyone named Zarina. I waited and waited and she never called or texted or emailed or anything.
