Great place and great service department. They have a great lead tech
Probably the least stressful car buying purchase I've had, very helpful people and decent prices. Would buy another car from here.
We had an excellent experience with Sales Associate, Poh Ng at Principle Toyota recently. She did a nice job helping us find an automobile that meets our needs and an affordable price. She was on our side helping us explore options all the way through the negotiation process.
Service department is extremely dishonest and will attempt to fraudulently charge you. Had to go over their head to Toyota to help force them to be honest. If I had not been familiar with mechanic work and Toyotas specifically, then they would have exploited me. You need to have the knowledge to hold them accountable or take your business elsewhere. I would suggest the latter.
