Super happy with the service. Big John was super helpful and got me in and out quickly.
They just determined to look for things, even if we had took our vehicle in for repairs at another shop. Didn't ask for the brake inspection, which I just had serviced two weeks period. And what it was in for they had to use after market parts because they didn't have Toyota replacement parts . I am sure I paid Toyota premium for the after market they installed.
Principle Toyota is helping me keep my vehicle in execelent condition, with a goal of hitting 1,000,000 miles.
2nd time here, and this experience by far was way better than my first time here! Thanks to Libra Jones!! He was helpful and informative and has thee best customer service.
