Service department is extremely dishonest and will attempt to fraudulently charge you. Had to go over their head to Toyota to help force them to be honest. If I had not been familiar with mechanic work and Toyotas specifically, then they would have exploited me. You need to have the knowledge to hold them accountable or take your business elsewhere. I would suggest the latter.
Super happy with the service. Big John was super helpful and got me in and out quickly.
They just determined to look for things, even if we had took our vehicle in for repairs at another shop. Didn't ask for the brake inspection, which I just had serviced two weeks period. And what it was in for they had to use after market parts because they didn't have Toyota replacement parts . I am sure I paid Toyota premium for the after market they installed.
