Avoid this company at all cost I rented from the for 2 year where shall I start. Maintenance installed my dishwasher incorrectly and attempted to blame me for damage. However ge confirmed it was installed incorrectly! They’ve fixed things halfway and then charged me. Gave me a lease violation for my disabled child and when provided drs notes refused to remove it. RecommendedThis is a great place to rent for a place to live. Friendly staff and they help you look for a place of your stardards. They are always on top of things sending monthly news on your e-mail to let you know when rent is due or when things have changed and updated which is a nice system. The homes are amazing, landscaping is provided and they do an amazing job they are also very friendly. When things break down management responds quickly to get it back to working order. Horrible people to rent from. Check out all the reviews on Google and yelp. Probably more out there. They asked us to move out then said since we didn't give them a written notice (even though called and we said ok) we had to pay rent for a month we didn't live there. They took control of the house right away then turned over to owners and they want us to pay for that month. They have no heart and are horrible people.
