Wow! I found a terrific plumber. He came to fix my nonemergency shower leak within 4 hours of my call. He also provided me a complete plumbing checkup from sump pump to water heater. It was quite comforting. Also Ben is a really nice guy. He has definitely earned our respect and business going forward.
Principle Plumbing came as scheduled for a repair to a bathroom sink and bathroom tub. I would highly recommend this knowledgeable company to anyone. Within a few minutes I had a quote for the repair, the work was completed on schedule and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area clean.
Beyond satisfied with Principle Plumbing. Ben was not only very helpful but beyond honest !!! I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies and others gave a run around to try to charge extras. Ben came in and was extremely professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest !!! Highly recommend Principle Plumbing for your next plumbing needs !!!
Yesterday morning, Sunday, at about 6:30am, I realized we had a malfunction with our sump pump. Water was shooting up from the sump pit like a geyser. After totally disconnecting everything, which did stop the geyser I realized it was problem I couldn’t fix so I called the company that installed the sump system thinking I would get an answering service.
