I normally have great service when I bring my Mini in for service. Recently, not so much. I have a message that keeps popping up on my car stating I need front brakes service. I have tried reaching out to their service department several times the past couple weeks in an attempt to get a cost estimate for the work to be done. I have reached out thru the live chat and also called and left a voicemail with NO reponse received yet. This is has been super frustrating for me.
