I’ve had good experience in the past when I was able to get my car serviced; however, I was pretty disappointed in their lack of walk-in availability on an early Saturday morning (8:15 am) after being told only a week before that walk-ins were welcome on Saturday mornings. It’s hard enough to use my pre-paid service plan when I have to schedule weeks in advance (hard to schedule when I don’t know my work schedule yet), but not allowing a routine oil-change is pretty annoying.

Alexandria Harbeck was my service tech, she listened to all my concerns on my car. I bought this car used it’s an 05 mini cooper s R53 that needed to be serviced so I left the car there she always kept me informed about the service and cost. I truly trust them with everything so if you are needing some service ask for Alexandria which she goes by Alex she will definitely take care of you and your vehicle. I give her & this dealership 5 star service

I cannot express how pleased I was with my purchas from principle Mini. This was the first brand new car I have purchased and Alexandria made it a super smooth and pleasant experience. I thought because of the trade and purchase of a car off the showroom it would be a timely process. But the staff and Alexandria worked fast and smooth.

I have purchased 2 Mini Coopers from Principal Mini of San Antonio. Everything from Sales, Product, and Service has been excellent! I am especially enjoying my Countryman. The waiting area for Service is clean and comfortable. I have dealt with a few different Service Agents, but I always look forward to service from Holly Bell. I know I can trust her advice. She is quick, knowledgeable, and most accommodating.
