I've been patiently waiting for extra pics of a car before I drive 100 miles to see it. 7 days ago Zach Brown told me he would take a few extra pics for me. Never heard back from him. Today i see the car was sold. Thanks alot Zach !!!!! Thats customer service

Took my car in and they did work on it without me authorizing the work. Told me my car was ready and when I went to pick it up they were like "we said that". Yes you called and said I could get it after work. Nope my car was not ready and had to wait another day for it to be fixed. Car still having the issue I brought it in for, though they said everything is good.
