Shane knows the mortgage business inside and out. During the application process he asked probing yet fair questions and requested thorough yet reasonable documentation. With the resulting information he built a case to enable my wife and I to purchase a new home. Throughout the process he was kind, patient, and never hesitated to answer all of our questions.
