Principle went above and beyond. Bottom line. My husband and I were moving back to the area at the end of his military service and Shane did an amazing job of helping us secure our VA mortgage in that difficult time of transition when other lenders wouldn't even consider helping. I highly recommend principal home mortgage we were in a bind and in need a of a last minute mortgage with a difficult situation. They were excellent !!! They went above and beyond and helped us through a couple road bumps but they got us through it. They are genuine good people wanting to help.
