I can't say enough about the service, but I will tell everyone I know that enjoys a well prepared meal to go here. I am going to gush until the end of time about this Berkshire pork chop I just ate! Incredible! Every. Single. Bite. It's huge, and I ate it all and I want seconds, thirds, and if it could be my last meal before I leave this earth please! Food was amazing and Elizabeth did a fantastic job!
Excellent food, creative & delicious. Our server was great, friendly & helpful, my wife's cocktail & my mocktail were tasty. I knocked a star because the tables are just so close together, it makes it hard to have a conversation, I feel like we were eating with strangers. Overall an enjoyable dinner.
I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Principle Downtown Kalamazoo, but unfortunately, the way we were treated by the manager, Elise, really put a damper on the evening. We had an 8:00 PM reservation and arrived right on time. When we walked in, Elise completely ignored us while speaking with guests beside us. After standing there for about five minutes, she finally acknowledged us, only to tell us that the table reserved for us was not available. Excellent service four times over now! Drinks are spot on! Food is very flavorful, and explained well by all the staff to the point you have a hard time picking out what to order! Awesome atmosphere as well...one of our favorite places in the Kalamazoo area.
