I have used many home health care agencies for my husband that suffers with multiple sclerosis. Principle Choice has far excelled in every way! The care team is friendly yet professional. This company has specialists in each area rather than hiring agencies to assist. It is so nice to know that the professional entering your home will be the person you saw in that role in the past. I know I can make a quick phone call and rest assured will have the assistance needed.
I'm very sad to report bad on this company. At first they were great! Our insurance cut us off due to needing more information (Soonercare). In less than a week we had it fixed,but she was Soonercare Adult. Starting the first of July, we was going back to the original insurance. They decided to dismiss us due to change of insurance & refusals. When I questioned what refusal, they couldn't tell me. We only refused a new nurse coimg out for bathing assistance. I can’t say enough good things about the home health aides from Principle Choice Solutions who cared for my mom before she moved into a nursing home. Every one of them showed genuine compassion and professionalism, treating her with patience, kindness, and real respect. Knowing she was in such caring and capable hands gave our family true peace of mind, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support they gave during such an emotional time. I highly recommend! 💙
This company took such great care of my mom when she was recovering. She had nursing services, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. She gained so much strength and mobility back with her therapists. The nursing staff was very kind and gentle with her. We had a wonderful experience over all! Thank you!
